- MDM Error – Server Updates, Est Time: 2 hours, Effects: Slow response time
Parts of the UK experienced severe weather last week, including extensive lightning strikes and heavy rain, commencing on Friday 16 September 2016.
This has caused serious impacts to telephone and broadband infrastructure, with damage both above and below ground. We’re taking steps, including directing additional engineers into these areas and working with our partners to bring the position back to normal as quickly as we possibly can.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and update as soon as service can be restored to the levels expected by our valued customers.

We’re seeing a number of problems with our Broadband, Talk and Fibre services across the UK due to recent adverse weather conditions. Our engineers have restored service to the majority of the customers affected, however, some may still be experiencing issues.
